摘要
我国民族地区的经济发展无论从内部还是外部来看差距均呈扩大之势,经济发展水平处于较低层次,这主要是由于民族地区教育陷入低均衡发展陷阱所致。民族地区要缩小经济发展差距,必须针对教育低均衡发展的制度性根源,采取外部强力介入的措施,有效地破解教育低均衡发展陷阱,以推动民族地区的经济发展向高水平均衡演进。
The gap in economic development in ethnic regions of China is widening both externally and internally.Backward economic development mainly results from low-level balance in educational development in these regions.To narrow the gap,powerful external intervention must be used to effectively break the trap of low-level balance in educational development and to push economic development towards high-level balance.
