摘要
学术评价体系对高校科学研究的发展有着很强的导向作用。高校应根据不同发展时期存在的主要矛盾来调整学术评价指标体系,推动学校创新能力的建设。学校的学术评价应坚持公开透明、质量导向、鼓励团队协作、分层次和多样性相结合的原则,适时引入新的评价指标,使得评价体系更加科学、完善。
Academic evaluation system plays a guiding role in the development of scientific research in universities.Universities should make readjustment of academic evaluation system according to the major problems existing in different periods of development so as to promote the construction of innovative competence of universities.Universities should adhere to an open and quality-oriented academic evaluation system,encourage team cooperation and various integration at different levels,and introduce new evaluation index to optimize the system.
