国外高校青年教师教学能力培养模式的特点——以美、英、澳、印为例 被引量:13

摘要 高校青年教师教学能力直接关乎高等教育质量的提高和未来的持续发展。目前,英、美、澳印等国,逐步形成了职前培养、导师制、校本培养和在职培养等模式,逐渐完善相关的法律、法规,表现出培养方式灵活、内容多样化与现代化、开放性的培养网络体系建立、建全了相应的激励机制与监督机制等特点。
