摘要
本文对英国、美国、日本等发达国家的高校本位模式、学校为基地的教师培训模式、教师中心模式、远距离教育模式等作了简介和分析,并在此基础上探讨了我国教师继续教育的思路与策略。
This paper makes a brief introduction to the university-based mode, school-based mode, teacher-centered mode, distance education mode in developed countries such as Britain, U. S.A. and Japan, and explores the idea and strategy of continuing education in our country.
