摘要
提出一种利用各向异性材料(CFRP)作为振动体的新型超声直线电机,分析了它的工作原理,建立了振动体的动力学方程,求出两个固有频率,分别对应电机的两个运动方向实验研究了电机的驱动力和速度,结果表明电机的最大驱动力为0.5N,速度为0~8mm/s,与驱动电压有良好的线形关系。
This paper describes a new type of ultrasonic linear motor using anisotropic materials (CFRP) as its vibration body,analyzes its actuating mechanism and established the dynamic equation of the vibration body.The two resonant frequencies of the motor are calculated.They correspond to the bi directional motion of the motor.The experiments on the driving force and speed of the motor are also carried out.The results show that the greatest driving force is 0.5 N and the speed varies from 0 mm/s to 8 mm/s with the change of the driving voltage.The bi directional motion of the motor can be implemented by the switchover of the two resonant frequencies.
