纵扭复合型超声波电机纵振动数学模型 被引量:3

The longitudinal-vibration model of the hybrid longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motor

摘要 建立了纵扭复合型超声波电机的纵振动数学模型,通过仿真分析得到了电机的各种纵振动过程。仿真结果表明:只有摩擦材料参数和电机预压力选择合适,保证定转子在一个振动周期内接触、分离,并得到合适的接触角,从而实现电机的纵扭同频振动,电机才会有稳定的输出转矩和较高的效率。此外,该模型还从理论上证实了简化力传递模型中转子不动假设的合理性。 The longitudinal-vibration mathematical model of the Hybrid Longitudinal-Torsional Ultrasonic Motor is founded. And all kinds of the longitudinal-vibration process of the motor are derived by simulation. It is concluded that proper values of the preload and fiction material parameters must be choosed to get proper contact angle and the same-frequency of the longitudinal and Torsional vibrations for the steady output and high efficiency of the motor. Additionally, the rationality of the assumption of the force transfer model that the rotor is unmovable is verified.
