摘要
选取大同煤,用乙腈、四氢呋喃、吡啶作溶剂连续抽提后,对其中的吡啶抽提物进行固相萃取,考察了NH2基、聚合物(HLB)和C18三种固相萃取柱对酚类化合物的富集效果。研究发现,三种不同类型的固相萃取柱对酚类化合物的富集效果依次为C18柱>HLB柱>NH2基柱。采用C18柱,分别用体积分数为20%,50%和80%的THF水溶液为淋洗剂,二氯甲烷为洗脱剂,可实现煤抽提物中以2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚为主的酚类化合物的高选择性分离。该方法简单快速,可用于煤衍生物如焦油、液化油等复杂基体样品中2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚的分离。
The rewood of phenolic compounds from coal derived liquid will help resolving the association of coal-derived liquid,increasing the storage stability of oil products,and decreasing the costs of coal liquefaction.In this case,one Chinese coal sample(Datong) was extracted by acetonitrile,tetrahydrofuran(THF),and pyridine sequentially under room temperature according to the solvent polarity order to acquire the components with different molecular weight distribution and different polarity.Three solid phase extraction column NH2,HLB and C18 were adopted to separate the phenolic compounds from the pyridine extracts and GC/MS was used to detect separated compounds.The performance of three different types of solid phase extraction column was found in the order of C18HLBNH2.Using different proportions of THF and water mixed solvent(firstly,20% THF,then 50% THF,finally 80% THF)as eluant and dichloromethane as eluent in C18 column enriched 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol as main phenolic compounds from coal extracts with high selectivity.The method is simple and adaptable for coal derivatives such as tar,and liquefied oil samples with complex matrix for 2,6-di-tert-butyl methyl phenol separation.
