摘要
首次利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析鉴定了裂叶崖角藤(Rhaphidophora decursiva)的挥发性化学成分,从中共分离出70个色谱峰;通过与标准谱库对照鉴定了其中14个化学成分,采用峰面积归一化法测定了各个成分的相对含量,已鉴定出的成分的相对含量之和占挥发性化学成分总量的65.02%,含量较高的成分有榄香素(20.20%)、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(10.70%)、植酮(9.52%)和植醇(6.11%)。
The volatile constituents from Rhaphidophora decursiva were analyzed by GC-MS method for the first time,and 70 peaks were isolated.By comparing with the standard database,the structures of 14 constituents were established.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization,and the identified constituents account for 65.02% of the total content.1,2,3-Trimethoxy-5-(2-propenyl)-benzene(20.20%),butylated hydroxytoluene(10.70%),6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone(9.52%),and phytol(6.11%) were the main constituents.
