摘要
在系统论述抽水蓄能电站在电网中作用的基础上,提出了在南方电网区域内加大抽水蓄能电站的配置比例、加快建设速度、尝试引进抽水蓄能新技术和探索建立与蓄能电站作用相适应的电价机制等建议,以进一步规划好、建设好、使用好抽水蓄能电站。
The pumped-storage power stations have important roles on improving the safe operation and economic benefits of power grid. Suggestions on increasing the installed capacity, speeding up the construction, introducing new technologies and establishing electricity pricing mechanism for the development of pumped-storage power stations in China southern power grid are put forward herein.
