摘要
目的调查黑龙江省逊克口岸吸血蚊蠓种类分布和种群组成。方法采用诱虫灯和网捕法采集吸血蚊蠓。结果 2007-2009年在逊克口岸采获蚊蠓5171只,计2科5属22种,其中蚊科4属10种;蠓科1属12种,新发现了逊克库蠓新种(另文描述)。22种蚊蠓均为逊克口岸首次记录的种类。蚊虫的优势种群为刺扰伊蚊(82.5%)。吸血蠓的优势种群为刺螫库蠓(44.9%)和兴安库蠓(36.7%)。不同生境、场所的蚊蠓主要种群组成有所不同。结论为黑龙江省逊克口岸吸血蚊蠓本底、虫媒病和防制研究提供了科学依据。
Objective Investigate species distribution and population composition of blood-sucking mosquitoes and midges at Xunke Port in Heilongjiang province.Methods Light trap and insect net are employed to collect bloodsucking mosquitoes and midges.Results The 5171 mosquitoes and midges caught at Xunke Port from 2007-2009 belong to 22 species 5 genera and 2 families among which there are 10 species 4 genera of mosquitoes,12 species a genus of Ceratopogonidae and the newly discovered Culicoides xunkeensis will be described elsewhere.22 species of mosquitoes and midges are recorded for the first time at Xunke Port.Aedes vexans is the predominant mosquitoes（accounting for 82.5%） ;Culicoides punctatuc and C.sinanoensis are the predominant blood-sucking midges（accounting for 44.9% and 36.7% respectively）.The dominant population composition of mosquitoes and midges varied with different habitats and places.Conclusion Provide scientific references for the background survey of blood-sucking mosquitoes and midges,disease vectors and control at Xunke Port Heilongjiang province.
