2016年鞍山市蚊密度监测及季节消长

摘要 目的了解鞍山市蚊密度及消长趋势,为预防控制蚊媒相关传染病的发生提供科学依据。方法在5—10月,每月2次采取诱蚊灯法连续对监测点进行现场监测,捕获蚊虫进行种类鉴定并分类统计。结果共捕获成蚊3属4种5 992只,淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,占77.10%。成蚊密度8月和9月达到全年高峰,农村蚊密度明显高于城区蚊密度,不同生境中牲畜棚蚊密度最高,为88.92只/(台·h)。结论鞍山市优势蚊种为淡色库蚊,成蚊密度季节性活动变化显著,应继续开展监测工作。 Objective To understand the population structure and the seasonal density fluctuation of mosquitoes in Anshan City,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of mosquito borne diseases.Methods Identifying and calculating the mosquitoes captured with mosquito lure lamp twice a month from May to October.Results Totally 5 992 mosquitoes belonging to 4 species of 3 genera were caught,Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species.The density reached the peak in August and September.Mosquito density in rural areas was significantly higher than that in urban areas.The highest density mosquito of 88.92 insects per pieces in an hour was in live-stock shed.Conclusion Cx.pipiens pallens was the dominant species in Anshan City.The seasonal variation of adult mosquito density was significant.It is necessary to carry on monitoring mosquitoes in Anshan City.
