摘要
目的探讨三斑海马、尖海龙对油脂的抗氧化活性物的水提取的方法。方法采用3因素3水平的正度试验,以碘量法测试海马、海龙在不同条件下的提取物的过氧价值。结果三斑海马、尖海龙在pH3.3,40℃,40min时的水提取物对油脂的抗氧化性最强。结论初步探明海马、海龙对油脂抗氧化性物水提取法的优化因素,为开发海马、海龙提供理论基础。
Objective To discuss the antioxidative activities of the extracts of Hippocampus trimaculatus Leach and Syngnathus acus Linnaeus. Methods Na2S203 - 12 titrimatric mothod was used in the experimental observation on the antioxidative activities of extracts of Hippocampus trimaculatus Leach and Syngnathus acus Linnaeus under different conditions. Results The antioxidative activities of extracts of Hippocampus trimaculatus Leach and Syngnathus acus Linnaeus on fat and oil at pH3.3, 40℃, 40min were the strongest. Conclusion This investigation has provided basic theory for exploitation of Hippocampus trimaculatus Leach and Syngnathus acus Linnaeus.
