摘要
将位于准同型相界附近的固溶体系0.91PZN-0.09PT作为一个组元,与同样位于准同型相界的另一个组元Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3复合形成新的压电陶瓷体系(1-x)(0.91PZN-0.09PT)-xPb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3,实验结果表明新体系具有更好的压电、介电性能。对样品退火处理后,发现压电、介电性能有较大提高,Kp最高达到73%,d33最高达到570pC/N。
Looking 0.91PZN-0.09PT as one composition,and Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3 as another composition,we can make up a new pseudo-binary system (1- x )(0.91PZN-0.09PT)- x Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3.Since 0.91PZN-0.09PT and Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3 both lie near a what so called morphotropic phase boundary (MPB),the results show that the new system have better piezoelectric properties. KFZ]p is up to 73%,and d 33 up to 570pC/N.Effects of thermal annealing on the piezoelectric and dielectric properties are also discussed.
