Dielectric Characters of PZN-LiF Ceramics

摘要 目前的研究表明 PZN(铌锌酸铅)是一类有独特性能的介电材料,其烧结温度为1100℃。为了降低 MLC内电极中钯的含量,就要降低瓷料的烧结温度。本文研究了 LiF,PbF_2,La_2O_3对0.87PZN-0.08PT-0.05BT 系陶瓷介电性能,烧结温度的影响。结果表明 LiF 的适量加入可使烧结温度降至950℃,并使介电—温度特性变得十分平坦。更有趣的是其频率弥散表现出与典型弛豫型铁电体不同的恃性。对这些现象的探讨将有利于获得性能良好的 PZN 系 MLC 瓷料。 Previous studies have shown that PZN-PT-BT system has good dielectric andmechanical properties and is considered to be an expectful dielectric material used forceramic capacitors.In order to reduce the cost,the sintering temperature should belowered so as to reduce the amount of Pd in inner-electrodes of MLC.Here,theeffects of LiF,PbF_2 and La_2O_3 on the characteristics of dielectric and sintering pro-perties of 0.87 PZN-0.08PT-0.05BT have been Studied.The results show that asuitable amount of LiF could reduce the sintering temperature to 900-950℃ and thedielectric constant versus temperature becomes considerably flat in the temperatureregion:80-170℃.The behaviours of frequency dispersion is far from that of typi-cat relaxation ferroelectrics.We think that all of these phenomena is due to the po-larization behaviours of polar micro-region caused by the micro-inhomogeneneity ofstructure.It is obvious that the polar micro-region could contribute to the highdielectric constant,low ferroelectric loss and less frequency dispersion.
