摘要
描述的系统采用了软插件技术及CANBUS作为数控系统集成化控制的通信平台,解决了数控系统集成化控制的通信竞争问题、环境粉尘及温度对系统可靠性的影响,实现了NC程序实时传输、异构数控系统集成控制。这种新型的DNC通信系统适用于各数控加工车间、数控机床与普通机床混合的机械加工车间集成化控制,可用作未来敏捷制造系统中底层设备的动态重组和集成的工具,具有广阔的应用前景。
The system is presented in which the plugged program technology is adopted, and in which the Control Area Networks Bus is used as a communicating flat. In order to Integrated Controlling all different NC system, the communication protocol's core has to resolve the problem of communicating competition in real time, avoid the influence of dirt and vary temperature, transmit the NC programs simultaneously to all NC systems, request NC program from the machine tool's operation panel, realize that the date of PDM/CAD/CAPP/CAM and DNC is shared. This system is able to be applied in every NC manufacturing workshop.
