摘要
江泽民同志不久前在一次座谈会上指出：“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。”本文简述了创新设计的重要意义；我国高等教育在创新设计方面存在的不足；加强机械创新设计教育的举措——提高对机械创新设计教育重要性的认识；开设“机械创新设计”课程；提高教师的机械创新设计水平；建设机械创新设计教材，等等。
This paper gives a brief introduction to the great significance of
Creative Design of Machinery,analyses the problems existing in the Creative Design in
Chinas higher education,suggests the measure to be taken to strength the deucation
of Creative Design of Machinery.This paper puts forward some proposals about how to
give the course of Creative Design of Machinery,e.g.the teaching contents to be decided,
the kinds of teaching methods to be taken,the students should be encouraged to
practice with what they learnt in the class,modern teaching means such as computers
should be made good use of .This paper emphasizes that the keypoint is to improve
the teachersability of Creative Design of Machinery and to compile and publish the
textbooks.
