用RW40合金制造铝型材热挤压模试验研究

摘要 分析了常规熔炼钢制造的铝型材热挤压模的失效原因及影响因素。选用RW40钢结硬质合金制造铝型材热挤压模,经锻造、复合强化处理,使用寿命比常规的挤压模大幅度提高,达到国外先进水平。 The failure reasons and effect factors of thermal extrusion mould of aluminium product manufactured by conventional smelting steel were analyzed. RW40 steel bonded cemented carbide was elected to manufacture thermal extrusion mould of aluminium praduct. The service life is greatly increased compared to that of the conventional extrusion mould after forging and composite strengthening. It is up to the advanced level of foreign countries.
