摘要
分析了熔炼电炉钢制造的铝型材热挤压模的失效原因及影响因素。试验表明,选用RW40钢结硬质合金制造热挤压模,经锻造和复合强化热处理,使用寿命是熔炼电炉钢模的10~15倍,被誉为寿星模,且型材有美观商品表面。
The causes of lose effectiveness of aluminum profile hot extrusion die made of the electro-smelted steel are analyzed. The experiments show the service life of the hot extrusion die made of the steel bonded hard alloy RW40 with forging and combined strengthen treatment is 10 - 1.5 times of that of the electro-smelted steel die, and the surfaces of extruded profiles with the RW40 alloy die are more beautiful.
