摘要
目的:探讨2.5g/L托吡卡胺眼液对儿童假性近视的防治效果。方法:对135例270眼接受2.5g/L托吡卡胺眼液治疗的近视儿童的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果:2.5g/L托吡卡胺眼液治疗后,近视儿童的远视力不同程度提高,屈光状况呈近视度数降低,未发现明显药物不良反应。结论:2.5g/L托吡卡胺眼液对于防治学龄儿童假性近视是安全有效的。
AIM： To study the effect of 2.5g/L tropicamide eye drops for treating pseudomyopia in school-aged children.
METHOD： The clinical data of 135 cases （270 eyes） treated by 2.5g/L tropicamide eye drops were retrospec-tively analyzed.
RESULT： After treating by 2.5g/L tropicamide eye drops, children’s distant vision improved and myopia degree decreased, no drug adverse reaction was observed.
CONCLUSION： Tropicamide eye drops 2.5g/L is safe and effective for treating pseudomyopia in school-aged children.
