摘要
本文利用PAR比色法测定了硫酸锌片兔体内药代动力学参数。本法操作简便、快速、准确、重现性好。本法回收率为93.3±2.2%,日内变异系数2.3%,日间变异系数2.4%,线性范围0.08～0.72μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5)。
An investigation of 4-(2-pyridylazo)-resorcinol (PAR) colorimetry wasmade on pharmacokinetics of zinc sulfate tablets in rabbits. This methodhas such advantages as simplicity, rapidity, high sensitivity and accuracy,The recovery is 93.3%±2.2%. The within run CV is 2.3%. Thebetween run CV is 2.4%. The linear range is from 0.0μg/ml to 0.72μg/ml(r=0.9999, n=5).
