摘要
采用随机抽样的方法,应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了436名健康人血清中Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn,Pb,Cd,Cr,Ni,Mo和Se等10种微量元素;并用ST286型计算机进行多因素相关分析和统计处理.结果表明,血清中Zn,Cu元素分布比较集中,其它元素变异度较大;多数元素与年龄相关,其中Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Pb,Se与年龄呈正相关,而Mo则与年龄呈负相关;多数微量元素含量与环境中微量元素分布相似.
The sampling survey by stratified random sampling method have been undertaken from different regions, peoples. sex and ages for the normal values of trace elements in esrum of healthy peoples in Xi'an. The contents of Zn. Fe. Cu. Mn. Pb. Cr. Ni. Mo. Cd and Se ill serum of 436 healthy human are measured by graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. But the normal values of the ten trace elements in serum and its relative factors are stutlied by means of computor multifactors analysis. The result shows: the distribution curve of Ze. Cu in serum is more concentrated than the other trace elements.There are significant positive correlation between serum Zn. Fe. Cu. Mn. Pb. Se and age,and negative correlation between serum Mo and age respectively; there are definit correlativity between the trace elements in serum and environment. In a word, in defferent sex. age-groups and arsas, there are signifieant difference in majority of trace elements in serum.
