摘要
［目的］分析食管癌Ｘ线分型与放疗疗效的关系。［方法］１９９３年５月至１９９７年１２月对６１例食管癌患者分为５型：蕈伞型、髓质型、溃疡型、缩窄型及腔内型。采用６０Ｃｏ或 ６ＭＶ～８ＭＶ Ｘ线进行单纯放疗，放疗总剂量６０００ｃＧｙ～７０００ｃＧｙ。［结果］蕈伞型、髓质型、溃疡型、缩窄型及腔内型的有效率分别为 ９２．７％、８７．１％、３０．０％、１６．０％、０。全组总有效率为６８．９％。［结论］蕈伞型和髓质型明显优于溃疡型、缩窄型及腔内型（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Purpose]To analyse the relationship between the radiotherapy efficacy and X - ray types in esophageal carcinoma.[Methods]From May 1993 to December 1997,61 patients with esphageal carcinoma were divided into 5 types,massive type,marrow type,ulcer type,narrow type and intracavity type.The extrnal radiation was given with 60Co or 6MV^8MV X - ray.The radiation dose ranged form 60Gy^70Gy in 6~7 weeks. [Results]The response rate in massive type, marrow type,ulcer type, narrow type and intracavity type was 92.7%, 87.l%,30.0%,16.0%,0, respectively.The overall response rate was 68.9%. [Conclusion]Massive type and marrow type are much than ulcer type,narrow type and intracavity type(P<0.01).
