摘要
实现价值最大化是企业经营管理所追求的目标,成功的服务补救对实现这个目标具有不可忽视的作用。本文将在对服务补救、服务补救的成本与收益、企业价值等问题探讨的基础上,制定基于提升企业价值的服务补救效益评价机制,对正确评价服务补救效益,研究服务补救与企业价值提升之间的关系具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。
Maximizing the value is the final goal of business management and successful service recovery plays an unignorable role to realize of this objective.Based on the discussion of service recovery,costs and benefits of service recovery and corporate value,the author makes an evaluation mechanism for enhancing efficiency of service recovery.It has theoretical and practical significance to evaluation of service recovery benefits and the study of service recovery and upgrade of enterprise value.
