摘要
目的观察中药通络散预防骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效和应用价值。方法将264例患者随机分为2组,其中中药组156例口服通络散,对照组108例皮下注射低分子肝素钙,观察2组临床疗效、临床积分、血栓分型和术后刀口引流量。结果中药组在临床疗效、临床积分和术后刀口引流量等方面均优于对照组,特别在改善临床积分(P<0.01)和减少术后刀口引流量(P<0.01)两方面效果更为显著。中药组未见明显毒副作用,对照组出现牙龈出血、鼻黏膜出血和注射部位血肿等不良反应。结论通络散预防骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成安全有效。
Objective To observe the curative effect and application value of Tongluo Powder in the prevention of erura deep venousthrombosis after major orthopedic surgery. Method The patients （ n = 264） were divided into two groups： the treatment group （n = 156） treated with Tongluo Powder orally, and the control group （ n = 108） treated with the injection of low molecular heparin calcium. The curative effect, clinical integrals, thrombus types and incision drainage amount after the surgery were observed. Result The treatment group was better than the control group in the curative effect, clinical integrals and incision drainage amount after the surgery, especially in clinical integrals （P 〈 0. 01 ） and incision drainage amount （P 〈0.01）. There were no toxic and side effects observed in the treatment group, but gum and nasal bleeding and hematoma of injecfive site were observed in the control group. Conclusion Tongluo Powder is safe and effective in the prevention of crura deep venousthrombosis after major orthopedic surgery.
