摘要
对盟主型物流联盟协同管理机制进行实证研究。通过公共因子分析,得到影响物流联盟协同管理的因素或行为变量的基本结构是需求评估、伙伴选择、合作治理、评价控制、适时调整;提出了物流联盟协同管理模型;得到了关于我国物流联盟管理现状的一些重要结论;分析了研究结论的意义及未来的研究方向。
The article has conducted an empirical research on the ＂leader-member＂ logistics alliance synergy management.Through analysis of common factors,it finds out that the factors affecting logistics synergy management and behavior variables are demand assessment,partner selection,evaluation control,and timely adjustment.It also proposes a model of logistics alliance synergy management and comes to some important conclusions about logistics alliance management in our country.It at last analyzes the meaning and the future research directions.
