摘要
针对目前图书馆文献信息共建共享的现实需求,根据国内外图书馆联盟发展的趋势,提出构建哈尔滨市区域性高校图书馆联盟的构想,并提出了相应的策略。
Based on the requirement of the resources co-construction and sharing,and the development tendency of the library alliance in china and abroad,formulate an idea that construct the regional academic library alliance in Harbin,and provide the strategy respectively.
