摘要
为了解邓铁涛教授研制的具有益气健脾，活血解毒功效的中药制剂肝舒胶囊（由太子参、茯苓、白术、川萆艹解、楮实子、丹参、珍珠草、白芍、白花蛇舌草等中药组成）治疗慢性丙型肝炎的疗效，将５９例病人随机分为肝舒胶囊合干扰素组即联合组（２０例）、干扰素组（２１例）、肝舒胶囊组（１８例）。３组患者经治疗后丙氨酸转氨酶（ＡＬＴ）与治疗前比较均有明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）；在治疗４个月后，３组ＡＬＴ复常率分别为５５．０％、３３．３％、２７．８％，经统计学处理，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）；丙肝病毒核糖核酸（ＨＣＶ－ＲＮＡ）复常率分别为３０．０％、１９．１％、５．５％，统计学处理差异无显著性。结果表明，联合组的疗效优于干扰素组和肝舒组。说明中药制剂肝舒胶囊可提高干扰素治疗慢性丙型肝炎的疗效，且有助于减少复发。
To observe the therapeutic effect of Gansu Capsule(GC),a preparation founded by Professor Deng Tietao,for chronic hepatitis C,59 cases were allocated to 3 groups randomly:Group I(20,treated with GC and interferon),Group Ⅱ(21,treated with interferon)and Group Ⅲ(18,treated with GC).The content of alanine transaminase (ALT)all decreased in the three groups after treatment(P<0.05 or 0.01).The rate of restoring ALT to normal level was 55.0%, 33.3%and 27.8%(P<0.05),and that for hepatitis C virus RNA was 30.0%,19.1%and 5.5% in Group Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ respectively after a treatment course of 4 months. It is indicated that GC can increase the effect of interferon on chronic hepatitis C and reduce its relapse.
