摘要
为观察具有益气健脾、滋补肝肾、除湿化痰、理气活血功效的中成药益寿调脂片（由黄芪、丹参、枸杞子、何首乌、大蒜等中药组成）调脂和抗自由基损伤的作用，应用益寿调脂片治疗原发性高脂血症进行临床及实验研究。结果：临床和实验结果均显示益寿调脂片能降低血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、动脉粥样硬化指数（ＡＩ）、血浆载脂蛋白Ｂ１００（ＡｐｏＢ１００）及丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）和升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－ｃ）、血浆载脂蛋白Ａ１（ＡｐｏＡ１）及超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）（Ｐ＜０．００１）。表明益寿调脂片具有调脂、抗脂质过氧化物及清除氧自由基的作用。
In order to investigate the effect of Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet(YTT) on regulating serum lipid and counteracting free radical damage, its application for essential hyperlipidemia was observed. The results showed that the levels of serum total cholesterol, triglycride, atherosclerosis index,apolipoprotein B and plasma malonic aldehyde were decreased and the contents of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol, apolipoprotein A1 and superoxide dismutase were elevated (P<0.001).It is suggested that YTT can regulate serum lipid and clear away free radical.
