摘要
根据公路工程的特点,将公路工程项目进行工序分解,利用网络计划图将其连接成一个整体。提出了网络计划技术中各工序均具有非增线性型时间-费用关系时的时间-费用优化数学模型,通过计算机程序处理,方便快捷地得出各工序实施的控制性和非控制性时间参数,按照不同的指令工期对工程项目进行优化处理,并能得出完成工程任务的最低成本和最低成本日程。为决策者在承担工程任务和实施工程计划时进行决策和分析提供有效的支持。
On the basis of highway project characters, this research links all working procedure of a highway project together by network planning. A time cost optimum mathematical model is given when every working procedure in the network has a non additional linear time cost relation. Controlling and non contrlolling time parameters in each working procedure will be obtained conveniently by computer program processing. On the basis of different assigned dates, optimum processing is made to the project,the mini cost and optimum cost date to complete the project will be obtained to give decision makers an effective support in decision making and analysis when they make contracts and carry out construction plans.
