摘要
对锥形板钅敦粗锭料这一新工艺的合理性进行了论证。通过与平板钅敦粗工艺的比较,指出了锥形板钅敦粗有利于内部缺陷的压合,其力学原理在于增大了静水压力,提高了材料的塑性。
The validity of the advanced technique the upset of ingot by conical plates is discussed in this paper. By comparison with the upset between tow parallel plates, it is shown that the upset between conical plates is conducive to dense the internal defects. The principle of mechanics is based on increment of hydrostatic pressure and enhancement of the plasticity of the material.
