摘要
利用MSC.SuperForge软件,针对锥形板镦粗工艺进行数值模拟,并结合物理实验结果加以分析,得到锥形板镦粗时的变形规律,为生产现场中确定毛坯尺寸、制定成形工艺参数提供依据;对数值模拟结果和实际结果进行验证,证明数值模拟的精准性。
The upsetting between cone platens is simulated by using the software of MSC. SuperForge. The distortion rule of upsetting between cone platens is analyzed and compared with that of physical testing. The result lay a sound quantificationally basis for designing upsetting technological parameters, producing sound heavy forgings and reducing production cost. The simulated result are in good accordance with former qualitative experiment results.
