摘要
目的研究水合茚三酮法用于判定医疗器械的清洗效果。方法用棉拭涂抹浸染水合茚三酮法测定医疗器械清洗效果,同时与肉眼裸视法、校正视力法和隐血试验法作比较。结果棉拭浸染水合茚三酮,在37℃、54℃和110℃下反应30 min,分别可测定出5、0.5和0.05μg的组氨酸。在37℃下反应60 min,水合茚三酮法可测定0.5μg的组氨酸。水合茚三酮法在pH值6~8条件下,显色反应颜色变化明显。水合茚三酮法检测医疗器械上有机物比隐血试验法、放大镜观察法和肉眼裸视法都要敏感。结论水合茚三酮法检测清洗效果比隐血试验和肉眼观察法都敏感,但其灵敏度受温度、pH值和反应时间的影响。
Objective To evaluate the cleaning effect of medical instrument by ninhydrin reagent.Method Monitoring the cleaning effect of medical instrument by cotton swab smeared and dipped with ninhydrin reagent,which was compared with traditional naked eye observation,vision correction method and occult blood test.Results 5 μg,0.5 μg and 0.05 μg Glycine can be detected respectively by ninhydrin reagent at 37℃、54℃ and 110℃ for 30 min.0.5 μg Glycine can be detected by ninhydrin reagent at 37℃ for 60 min.The variation of color developing reaction was significant when pH changed from 6 to 8.Ninhydrin reagent method was more sensitive for detecting residue of organism on medical instrument than OB test,vision correction method and naked eye observation.Conclusion The sensitivity of ninhydrin reagent to evaluate the cleaning effect is better than that of OB test and naked eye observation,while it is influenced by temperature,pH and color developing time.
