摘要
为证实驳骨丸对骨折愈合的促进作用,我们从骨痂评分、生物力学测试、骨痂45Ca标记、骨组织形态计量学测试、骨痂组织化学以及骨折愈合形态学观察等方面对家兔桡骨标准骨折模型进行了实验研究,并设接骨片组和空白对照组对比。结果显示,除骨痂评分和骨痂组织化学观察未做定量分析而与对照组无明显差异外,其余指标均不同程度地优于接骨片组,且明显优于空白对照组。证明驳骨丸具有促进骨折愈合的作用,其特点是显著增强骨愈合的强度,提高骨痂的质量,增加骨和钙的沉积,加速骨吸收。
In order to prove the stimulative effect of “BOGUWAN” (BGW, a TCD preparation) on fracture healing, the stimulative effect of BGW on rabbit radial standard fracture healing was studied through experiments and compared with that of two set up control groups: “JIEGU PIAN” (JGP) and blank (B) groups. The indices for observation included: callus X ray evaluation, biomechanical test, 45 Ca labelling of callus, bone histomorphometry, histochemical observation of callus, and morphological observation of fracture healing. The results showed that except X ray evaluation and histochemical observation of callus, all indices of BGW group had a varied degree advantage over JGP group and a significant advantage over B group, proving the stimulative effect of BGW on fracture healing. The action mechanism of BGW included strengthening the fracture healing strength, improving the quality of callus, increasing the calcium deposition, speeding up the bone resorption and shortening the resorption cycle.
