摘要
目的观察补肾活血合剂促进骨折愈合的效果。方法将36只家兔随机分成3组,甲组(给予补肾活血组),乙组(接骨七厘片组),丙组(空白对照组),每组12只家兔。观察各组家兔骨折愈合情况。结果甲组局部血肿机化,表面骨痂形成较早。结论补肾活血合剂能较好地促进骨折愈合。
Objective It is to observe the improving effect of Bushen Huoxue mixture on union of fracture. Methods 36 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups： group Ⅰ given Bushen Huoxue mixture, group Ⅱ given Jiegu Qili pills and group Ⅲ （control group）. Every group had 12 rabbits. Then the union of fracture of all the rabbits was observed. Results Organization of local hematoma and the formulation of surface callus appeared early in group Ⅰ. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue mixture has a good improving effect on union of fracture.
