摘要
酶作为一种生物催化剂具有优良的催化性能,然而在将酶促反应应用于工业化生产以前,通常还要做进一步的改进。向酶催化反应体系中添加少量添加剂通常可以改善酶的催化效果,而且该方法简单易行。文章论述了近年来使用添加剂方法改善酶促反应中酶分子的催化活性、立体选择性以及稳定性等方面的研究进展。参阅近年来的文献,对添加剂对酶促反应的影响的最新进展进行了综述,并且较深入地讨论了不同种类添加剂对酶促反应的作用机制。添加剂的使用对提高酶促反应具有良好的应用前景。
In spite of their excellent catalytic properties, the enzyme properties have to be usually improved before their implementation on industrial scale. As a simple method, additives have often been used to improve the enzyme properties. This article surveys the effect of different kinds of additive on the activity, enantioselectivity and stability of enzyme in enzyme - catalyzed reactions. Based on the literature in recent years, the new advances in the effect of additive on the enzymatic reaction have been summarized and the mechanism of additive has been discussed in detail. The usage of additives has a good application prospect to improve the properties of enzyme.
