摘要
阐述了现有京沪铁路的运输繁忙程度;论证了现行《铁路区间通过能力计算办法》的可行性和合理性;通过分析当前京沪线通过能力的利用程度,证明京沪线的运能已无潜力可挖;列举了采用摆式列车、磁悬浮列车实现高速客运的弊病,从而得出修建高速铁路是京沪线扩能的最佳选择的结论。
The article expounds the busy transportation of the existing Beijing- Shanghai railway, demonstrates the feasibility and reasonability of 'Railway Sections Carrying Capacity Calculation Methods'. Through analyzing the utilization of the Beijing- Shanghai line capacity at present, it clarifies that no potentials can be tapped in traffic capacity of the Beijing - Shanghai line and lists drawbacks in case of using tilting train or Ma-glev train to realize high-speed passenger traffic, so as to draw the conclusion that to build a high-speed railway is the best choice to expand traffic capacity of the Beijing -Shanghai line.
