摘要
通过游离小孢子培养快速获得芥菜型油菜纯合系,在芥菜型油菜杂交育种和遗传研究中有着非常重要的意义.该文以6个不同遗传基础的芥菜型油菜为研究材料,在NLN-13培养基上进行游离小孢子培养,研究成胚过程中材料的基因型、低温预处理、高温热击对其成胚效率的影响.结果表明:基因型是影响芥菜型油菜成胚的关键因子,不同基因型材料之间胚状体产量差异较大,在不考虑其他因素的情况下,每皿产胚量变化在0~48.5个之间;低温预处理24h和高温热激时间长短因品种不同存在差异.
The exploitation of microspore culture would clearly enhance the breeding of condiment brown mustard (Brassica juncea) by accelerating the process through the production of genetically stable homozygous lines. Using 6 different genotypes of B. juncea as experimental materials for isolated microspore culture,the influencing factors including material genotype,cold-pretreatment and high-temperature were studied in this paper. The results showed that genotype was the key factor in embryoid induction. The embryoid yield was significantly different among different genotypes. Embryoid yield per petri dish varied from 0 to 48.5 irrespective of the other factors. The best time of cold-pretreatment and high-temperature incubation of microspores also varied due to differences in varieties.
