摘要
介绍了国外利用奶牛生产牛肉的现状和配套技术体系,分析了我国奶公牛犊利用的现状,并分析了我国在奶公牛犊利用方面与国外的差距。在此基础上,借鉴国外先进经验提出了我国进一步利用的举措,完善了奶公牛犊直线育肥生产犊牛肉和嫩牛肉的技术体系,为解决我国肉牛牛源少、高档牛肉缺乏提供了良好的借鉴。
This article introduced this present situation of Dairy Beef and Supporting technical system abroad and analyzed this difference between Chinese and foreign countries in using the status of Dairy bull.On this basis,proposing many beneficial initiatives,consummating this technology of using of Linear fattening of Dairy bull to produce Beef calf and Tender beef to solve the problem that lack of beef source and high-grade beef in China.
