摘要
介绍了轿车引擎盖零件冲压成形仿真的研究背景,论述了板料冲压成形数值模拟的理论和主要步骤。在Dynaform中对轿车引擎盖零件进行了冲压成形过程的仿真,证明了仿真设计方法具有实用性;通过反复模拟,找出了合理的工艺参数,有利于优化冲压成形的过程及其结果。
The research background of stamping form simulation for hood outer panel was described,then the theory and main step of numerical simulation for stamping form of the sheet were discussed.The stamping form simulation for hood outer panel was carried out based on Dynaform,and the availability of simulation analysis was proved.Finally the reasonable process parameters were obtained by simulating repeatedly,which can optimize the process and results of stamping form for autobody panels.
