摘要
介绍故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)安全评价法,并对此方法应用于油气管道安全预评价时的可行性、实用性和有效性进行初探性分析,对油气管道安全预评价方法的改进提出参考意见。
This paper introduces fault modes and safety evaluation method of FMEA and applies this method to the preliminary analysis on the feasibility,practicality and effectiveness of safety pre-evaluation for oil and gas pipeline. It provides reference for improving safety pre-evaluation of oil and gas pipeline.
