摘要
应用层次分析法的基本决策理论,建立了城市防洪工程方案选择的层次分析模型。结合某实际工程的具体条件,应用层次分析法原理和灰色关联分析的方法,对城市防洪工程方案进行了综合评价。
Applying the basic decision-making, theories of Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）, the model of Analytic Hierarchy Process for choosing the engineering scheme of urban flood control is established. Combining with the practical conditions of a project, the comprehensive evaluation for the engineering schemes of urban flood control is made by using the principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process and the method of grey relevancy analysis.
