摘要
高压气幕风速是影响高压气幕隔尘能力的重要因素。通过试验,确定了高压气幕风速与高压气幕的喷孔直径d、喷孔出口风速v0及喷射距离s的关系,建立了高压气幕风速的衰减模型。根据高压气幕风速的衰减模型制作的高压气幕,在现场应用,隔尘率达41%。高压气幕是煤矿综掘工作面综合防尘的有效措施之一。
Air velocity is an important factor influencing the dust - isolation capacity of high pressure air curtain. The relationships among the air velocity of high pressure air curtain, nozzle hole diameter, air outlet velocity of nozzle hole and jet distance of high pressure air curtain were established by experiment. The attenuation model of air velocity of high pressure air curtain was established. High pressure air curtain made according to the attenuation model of air velocity was applied in the field, and the dust - isolation rate is up to 41%. High pressure air curtain is an effective measure to prevent the dust of the fully mechanized work face in coal mine.
