摘要
用串珠镰孢ＡＳ３，２９６０菌株，在相同条件下，进行赤霉素的固态分批补料发酵和液态发酵的比较试验。结果表明：固态分批补料发酵赤霉素产量为液态发酵的３～４７倍。
The comparison tests of gibberellin production prepared by fed in batches solid-state and liquid-state fermentaion with Fusarium moniliforme AS. 3,2960,under the same fermentation condition, showed that the quantity of gibberellin production by fed in batches solid-state fermentation is about 3～4.7 times as much as that by liquid-state fermentation.
