摘要
通过广泛阅读文献资料,及对高师体育专业在校硕士研究生的学习、生活等方面的影响因素进行的调查、考证与分析,就高师院校体育专业在校硕士研究生的培养现状中出现的研究生入学“潜规则”、学科课程设置欠科学、导师遴选制度不完善、工具学科学习任务繁重、学生在校生活压力以及社会就业压力大等现象进行深入了解和阐述,并且提出解决问题的方法和策略,并列举改革方案作为高师研究生教育改革的理论支持。
By reading extensively of some documentations and data,and through survey,tests and analysis of the factors affecting sports postgraduates in teachers colleges and universities,an in-depth inquiry and elaboration is made on quite a few phenomena like the＂hidden rule＂in students admission,inscientific offer of curriculam,improper system for the choice of a supervisor,overloaded learning tasks of tool subjects,an overly pressing campus life and an overly pressing need of finding ajob for the students upon graduation,etc.,on the basis of which some solutions and strategies are presented in an attempt to tackle the problems in postgraduate education and provide theoretical grounds for the reform schemes and educational reform in teachers colleges and universities in this regard.
