摘要
目的:探讨不同持续时间和强度的健美操、羽毛球和篮球身体锻炼对大学新生人格和心理压力的干预效益。方法:采用《中国大学生人格量表》(CCSPS)和《中国大学生心理应激量表》(CCSPSS)对319名大学新生人格及心理压力进行测量,对实验数据进行分析。结果:不同持续时间、运动项目和强度的身体锻炼对人格和心理压力各维度影响不同。锻炼12周对人格和心理压力的积极效果优于6周。从项目来看,羽毛球和健美操对大学新生的人格积极影响优于篮球项目。从强度来看,中强度对人格影响优于小强度和对照组,小强度对心理压力的积极作用优于中强度和对照组。结论:不同持续时间、运动项目和强度的身体锻炼对人格和心理压力各维度影响不同。
Objectives:the authors try to probe into the actual effects of exercise forms of aerobics,badminton and basketball with different lasting periods and intensity on freshmen's personality and psychological stress. Methods: after adopting China College Student Personality Scale (CCSPS) and China College Student Psychological Stress Scale (CCSPSS) to study and measure the personality and psychological stress of 319 college freshmen, the experimental data are analyzed. Result:the effects of physical exercise with different lasting period, items and intensity for college freshmen's personality and psychological stress are different in dimension; the effects of continued exercise of 12 weeks on freshmen's personality and psychological stress are better and more positive than that of 6 weeks' exercise; regarding different items, the effects of aerobics and badminton exercise on their personality are better than basketball exercise; in view of exercise intensity, the effects of moderate intensity on their personality are better than low intensity and the contrast group,while the effects of low intensity on their psychological stress are better than moderate intensity and the contrast group. Conclusion:the effects of physical exercise with different lasting period,items and intensity on freshmen's personality and psychological stress are different in dimension.
