摘要
选取比表面积、SO3含量、碱含量、水灰比及养护温度5种因素,采用正交设计理论,通过水泥砂浆的圆环约束试验,分析讨论各因素对砂浆开裂敏感性影响的显著程度,为水泥的生产如何适应混凝土的质量要求以及如何在配合比设计和施工中提高混凝土的抗裂性提供参考.结果表明:各因素对水泥砂浆开裂敏感性的影响程度为比表面积>水灰比>养护温度>碱含量>SO3含量,水灰比、比表面积和养护温度对水泥砂浆开裂有显著影响.水灰比降低、比表面积增大和养护温度提高都会引起水泥砂浆开裂趋势的增大,显著降低水泥砂浆的抗裂性能,应引起足够的重视.
Five factors were chosen to study the cracking sensitivity of cement mortar based on the orthogonal theory,providing some advice on cement produce,and promote the cracking resistance of concrete while in mix design and construction.The five factors are specific surface area(SSA) ,SO_3 content,alkali content,water-cement ratio(w/c) and curing temperature. The results of steel rings restraint experiment indicate that the influencing degree of factors is SSAW/Ccuring temperaturealkali contentSO_3 content and SSA,w/c,and the curing temperatures are prominently influencing factors. The reduction of w/c,the increase of SSA and curing temperature will all enlarge the cracking trend of cement mortar and reduce the cracking resistance of cement mortar remarkably which requires close attention.
