摘要
ＳＰＡ（ＳｔａｐｈｙｌｏｃｏｃｃａｌＰｒｏｔｅｉｎＡ）是某些金黄色葡萄球菌细胞壁的一种蛋白质成分，具有同人和多种哺乳动物ＩｇＧ分子Ｆｃ段结合的能力。本方法用含Ａ蛋白丰富的金黄色葡萄球菌菌体与志贺氏菌属抗血清在一定条件下混合致敏，让抗体结合到金黄色葡萄球菌细胞壁Ａ蛋白上，制成ＳＰＡ诊断试剂。样品经过增菌后，即可用ＳＰＡ诊断试剂来检验。由于金黄色葡萄球菌表面丰富的Ａ蛋白能结合大量抗体，大大提高了检验方法的敏感性。
SPA(Staphylococcal protein A) is a protein component of staphylococcus aureus cell wall,it can conjugate with Fc fraction of IgG molecule in human and the majority of mammals.Here mix the staphylococcus aureus bacterial body containing rich protein A with shigella antiserum,to conjugate antibodies on staphylococcus aureus cell wall,then SPA diagnostic reagent has been made up.After sample cultured,the bacteria can be detected by SPA diagnostic reagent.Because the rich protein A can conjugate a lot of antibodies,the sensitivity of detection is much increased,and the cycle period of detection is reduced.
