摘要
目的探讨FLAIR序列在胼胝体损伤诊断中的价值。方法对全部患者采用GE Signa Profile0.2T磁共振扫描仪,头部线圈行轴位常规T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR及矢状FLAIR序列扫描,比较其对病灶的显示情况。结果 34例中非出血性胼胝体挫伤26例,出血性挫伤8例。T1WI、T2WI诊断敏感性分别为26.4%、64.7%,FLAIR诊断敏感性和准确性为100%。结论 FLAIR技术的应用,能准确、全面地观察病变部位、形态、信号变化,具有较高的诊断敏感性和准确性。
Objective To study the clinical value of fluid-attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR)in diagnosis of corpus callosum injury.Methods All the cases were scanned by GE Signa Profile0.2T Open Magnetic Resonance Scanner with head coil,they were scanned axially with T1WI and T2WI,and sagittally with FLAIR.The respective presentation of the lesions were compared.Results Among 34 cases,26 cases had non-hemorrhagic contusion of corpus callosum.8 cases had hemorrhagic contusion.The sensitivity and accuracy of T1WI and T2WI were 26.4% and 64.7%,respectively,compare with which it was 100% by using FLAIR.Conclusion It can be accurate and comprehensive in analyzing the lesions' shape and the changes of its signal,and also it is of significant sensitivity.
