摘要
目的:研制和应用脑弥漫轴索损伤(DAI)致伤装置.方法:自行设计制作头颅旋转致伤装置,保证其可使动物头颅于瞬间旋转特定角度(15°~90°),仅以大鼠为对象进行力学、行为及病理效应评价.结果:①力学参数测定(以体重210g大鼠转90°为例),旋转角速度为80127rad/s,角加速度2044×105rad/s2,用时约2ms;角速度及角加速度均大于Margulies提出的DAI的外力阈值.②行为及病理观察表明旋转后大鼠符合DAI特征.结论:本装置可用于制作大鼠DAI模型。
Aim:Designing, producing and applying a device for diffuse axonal injury(DAI) of the brain in animalsMethods: A rotating device for the head of animals was made,which could move the animal′s head through a designated angle (15°- 90 ° ) instantly Mechanical parameters were caculated with the head of a 021 kg rat rotating by 90° Result:(1)The rotating time was approximately 2 ms and the angular volecity and angular acceleration were 80127 rad/s and 2044×105 rad/s2 which were far beyond the force threshold of DAI proposed by Margulies (2)Behavioral and pathological observations showed that the rotated rats possessed the typical characteristics of DAI Conclusion: Our injury device can produce rat DAI models,and can be used to the other animals as well
