摘要
目的探讨无张力修补手术治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法 60例腹股沟疝随机分为传统组与无张力疝修补组各30例,其中传统组采用Shouldice修补法。张力疝修补组采用由美国外科公司泰科慢医疗集团产品(Surgipro Hernia-Mate Plug),即由聚丙烯单丝编织的不可吸收材料。结果无张力修补组手术时间、术中出血量、术后起床活动时间、术后住院时间明显短于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无张力疝修补术组的术后并发症的发生率明显低于传统手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无张力疝修补术手术操作简单,时间短,创伤小,恢复快,无明显疼痛,而且并发症和复发率低,是治疗成人腹股沟疝安全、有效、理想的术式,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the tension-free repair of inguinal hernia surgery for adult clinical efficacy.Methods 60 patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into the traditional tension-free hernia repair group and 30 patients in each group,in which the traditional group with Shouldice repair method.Tension-free hernia repair group were slower by the United States Surgical Corporation Tyco Healthcare provides products（Surgipro Hernia-Mate Plug）,that is,from woven polypropylene monofilament non-absorbent material.Results The tension-free repair operative time,blood loss,postoperative time to get up activities,postoperative hospital stay was shorter than the traditional group,by statistical analysis,Statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Tension-free hernia repair group the incidence of complications was significantly lower than conventional surgery group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The tension-free hernia repair operation is simple,time is short,trauma,quick recovery,no significant pain,and complications and recurrence rate is low,the treatment of adult inguinal hernia is safe,effective and the ideal surgical worthy to be popularized and the application.
